Uncle loves me again – 8

Regarding the elementary’s tests, it wasn’t that Su Mu was bad in them but she rather pursued the middle way, not becoming the best nor the worst. Only by doing so, she wouldn’t be attracting anyone’s attention. 

This resulted in her scores to be in the midstream and never outstanding. However, in this test, she didn’t simply get first place. She got it by scoring full marks on all her subjects. 

Towards the unbelievable and skeptical eyes of her teachers, when she went up to collect her papers, she said faintly, “I was taught well by my uncle.”

Faced with the envious eyes of the fart children, she sighed in her heart. She was sorry that as an adult, she came and snatched the first place away from them. 

Suddenly, “papapa”, the sound of fireworks kept coming and successfully attracted Su Mu’s attention. 

I placed the child in the refrigerator: 【I love watching plots where rebirth leads pretend not to know anything. Anchor, you must continue to work hard, I will always support you! (๑•̀ㅂ•́)  】

First, Su Mu was shocked by the ID of the viewer then she saw her popularity in her broadcast room increasing from the persistent “2” to “3”.

She secretly pouted, she assumed that it’s No. 38 opening a new account again to increase her popularity. 

“Fuck, how did your grades improve so fast!” Fang Ning, who had been sitting beside Su Mu for the past several months, snatched her papers from her hands and stared at them, creating an illusion that his eyes were about to fall off. 

Su Mu has never liked to dispute with children, thus she said, “My uncle is good at teaching.”

Anyways, as long as there was something that couldn’t be explained, she will use Xu Su as her shield. 

“That’s great!” Fang Ning took out all his candies that were hidden in his pocket, stuffed them into Su Mu’s hands and said, “Since your grades improved, next time your homework will be all correct. I will give all these sweets to you and you must remember that you can only lend your homework to me.”

Su Mu asked with interest, “Why is it that I can only lend you my homework?”

“It’s because if everyone’s assignments are correct, my high IQ won’t be highlighted.”

Not able to see ah, this kid is quite smart.

“Okay, but…” Su Mu only picked a few milk-flavoured soft candies and returned the rest, “I only like to eat this kind of sweets.”

Fang Ning patted his chest, “As long as you are able to serve this young master, me, till I’m satisfied(1) and I will buy as many as you want.”

Su Mu directly threw a book towards him, “Who taught you to say this?”

“I heard it when I was accompanying my mom to watch the TV series…” This boy, who was nicknamed Small Overlord Fang, took down the book that was smashed on his face and looked wronged. 

Su Mu simply ignored him. Just when the school bell rang, the teacher finished distributing the papers and shouted that class was over. Su Mu grabbed her papers back from Fang Ning, stuffed them into her school bag and left. 

Xu Su has always been busy and due to his company business, it was normal for him to return home after midnight. However, today was a little different, there was a dim light coming from the living room.

Xu Su was never a person who needed somebody to wait for him to come home. Thus, the housekeeper would not wait for him in the middle of the night. When he arrived at the door, his footsteps slightly paused and then walked in as if nothing had happened. 

On the dining table, there was a girl’s back. Under the faint light, her small body became more fragile and vulnerable. There was an unbearable and special smell in the air which made people pause in their footsteps. 

En… a mala crayfish(2) smell.

Xu Su stared blankly at the table the sleeping girl was lying on. In front of her was a plate filled with mala crayfish’s “broken limbs” and he glanced back at her. She fell asleep while reaching out to the plate with her greasy hand and then stuffed a mala crayfish into her mouth. After a while, she simply spitted out the shell and the meat was chewed a few times before she swallowed it into her stomach. 

Xu Su’s eyes jumped as she was asleep with her eyes closed throughout this series of movements. 

According to Xu Su’s personality, he should have already walked away. However, he unconsciously sat down opposite her. First, he watched her chewing for a few minutes then took out his phone, opened his camera and faced the lens at her like it was a normal thing to do.
